These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and the operator of the ay777 platform (hereinafter referred to as "ay777", "the Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our"). You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and belongs to you personally.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ay777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify ay777 support immediately through the Live Chat or Help Center portal.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual user is entitled to hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ay777 reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation into potential abuse.

4.4 False Information

Any attempt to register using false, fraudulent or misrepresented information — including impersonation of another individual — is strictly prohibited. ay777 reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit balances and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where applicable.

ay777 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and age verification obligations. 5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport. The document must be current, clearly legible and unaltered.
• Proof of residential address (for example, a utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months) — where required by the verification process.
• A selfie or automated liveness check confirming that the account holder matches the submitted identification document.

5.2 Document Submission

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Where a minimum deposit is required to trigger a bonus, this will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at any time unless the Platform's current promotion explicitly permits otherwise.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total value of wagers that must be placed before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable. Minimum odds requirements and eligible game contributions may apply. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus would require total wagers of PKR 30,000 before the associated winnings could be released for withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

You agree to use the ay777 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for standard user activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, infrastructure or other users' accounts.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or engage in any transaction linked to illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting glitches, errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing anomalies in games or sports markets to gain systematic profit.
• Engaging in behaviour that is threatening, abusive or harassing towards ay777 staff or other users.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using payment credentials that are not rightfully yours.

Any violation of these acceptable use requirements may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances and, where required by law, referral to appropriate authorities.

All content on the ay777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, software, data compilations and brand assets — is the property of ay777 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Commercial use of any Platform material, brand assets or data.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation or modification of any Platform software or game systems.

10.1 Player Controls

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ay777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Service interruptions, errors or downtime caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service disruptions or events outside ay777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or to comply with these Terms.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the Platform, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ay777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusions are not permitted by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ay777 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.1 Suspension by ay777

ay777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion — including, without limitation, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Platform has grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion or other illegal activity.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• The User is found to be located in or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory, compliance or law enforcement requirements necessitate account action.

Where an account is suspended, ay777 will provide notice where legally permissible and will complete a review of outstanding balances in accordance with its compliance obligations.

12.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the ay777 support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. Prior to account closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining real-money balance — net of any outstanding compliance holds — will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated or licensed, as published in the Platform's licensing documentation where applicable.

In the event of a dispute between you and ay777, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution process set out in the Platform's licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking remedies available under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

ay777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided — for example, via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
